Below we compiled a list of evidence for sound sequencing, binaural acoustics and/or sound therapy. We posted the links to the full articles when we could, but often times, only included the abstract to each article. One thing that seems important is that the sounds are presented in a specific sequence, something called in-phase stimulation. Also, if you would like the full article for any of the below, please email us. Dr. Stair also did her own pilot study ( a case study) on improved sleep quality and our “Fall Asleep” ZENTones. If you would like that booklet, email us, and we will be sure to get it to you.
