The recipe to the peanut butter no-cook energy balls is:

1 Cup Oats

1/2 cup whole flax seed

1/3 cup Manuka honey

1/2 cup peanut butter ( Crunchy or bust)

1/4 cup dark chocolate

1 tsp Vanilla Extract


MIX all of the ingredients in a bowl.  Form into tiny balls. Refrigerate. Eat in a few hours.  Seriously, these are my favorite healthy snack during PMS season. 😉 IMG_8175

( I refrigerated them with home-grown lemon balm, because that’s a natural mood enhancer.  🙂
