Gluten-Free Marshmallow Chocolate Chip Cookies:Yummy!!


What You Need:
1. 2 large eggs
2. 1/2 cup organic canola oil
3. 2 tablespoons of water
4. 1 package of gluten-free cookie mix
(Such as Namaste)
5. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
6. 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
7. 2/3 cup miniature marshmallows
8. 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate minichips
9. 1/4 cup sweetened dried cranberries
10. 1/4 chopped pecans (toasted)
Directions:

Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.  Beat the eggs, oil and water in a mixing bowl until well-blended. Next, add in the cookie mix, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix until well-blended. Next, stir in the marshmallows and remaining 3 ingredients. Use a tablespoon to scoop out dough and onto baking sheet.  Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
