Great advice. Recently looked at this Green Coffee Bean weight loss fad stuff --- and this Dr. Oz is promoting it!! Yikes. Keep up the good work. Your web tech is superb.

I really enjoy your Blog and especially this video. You are so down to earth with common sense advice. It's refreshing to hear from someone who knows what she's talking about but doesn't try to "profit" by helping people.
